What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, including customer profiles, account details, and transaction history
  • Authorizing sales, processing transactions, and providing customers with accurate information about our products and services
  • Building relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive work environment
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, and contributing to a culture of teamwork and collaboration

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate customer information
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Our Way of Working

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, full-time, in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. We'll provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. Occasionally, you may be requested to meet in person, so you must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD.

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act – for more information, click here.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience of any kind and/or military equivalent experience
  • Must live within 2 1/2 hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location you are applying to
  • Confidence using a computer
  • Be 18-years-old or older
  • Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
