Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, including order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service
  • Act as a liaison between patients/caregivers, business clients, drivers, and operations, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Promote health and wellness by guiding patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure they receive the best care possible
  • Document interactions accurately, ensuring all details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle each call with professionalism, even in high-stress situations
