Essential Job Functions

As a Customer Service Representative - Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Upselling relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Amazing customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in writing in English.
