Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Customer Assistance

Issue Resolution
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and discrepancies.

Booking Management
- Assist customers in making flight reservations, modifications, and upgrades.
