Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through effective communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. You will work closely with our team to identify customer needs, clarify information, and research solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels

  • Resolve complex customer issues, including billing, scheduling, and fare information
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and research solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize arenaflex resources, including tools and technical abilities, to seek solutions and resolve customer issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer support and business growth
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer service practices and principles, including effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* One or more years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Experience working with ADT resources and tools
  • Knowledge of customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time
  • Experience working in a remote or call center environment
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
