They are seeking an Eye Care Customer Service Representative to provide support and guidance to patients through phone interactions, assisting with orders and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Be the calm, helpful voice patients hear first-providing understanding, clarity, and support on every call
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with empathy, answering questions and guiding patients through next steps with confidence
  • Assist patients with new and refill orders, billing questions, and payment information, ensuring they feel supported and informed
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team, working cross-functionally to solve issues quickly and deliver a seamless patient experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards to keep patients safe and systems running smoothly

Skills

  • Strong experience in customer service and phone-based support
  • Clear and caring communication skills, especially when guiding patients
  • The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in healthcare or the biological sciences, and a passion for improving patients' quality of life
