As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the package delivery process. Your daily responsibilities will include:- Talking with customers about package delivery, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery.
- Documenting the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
- Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
- Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key).
- Reliable internet connection and a reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
