Experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Member Experiences at arenaflex

Responsibilities:

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Addressing and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshooting App and Device issues to ensure seamless member experiences
• Documenting and updating member records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Staying informed about our evolving products and services to provide expert support and guidance
• Managing multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently to meet the high standards of arenaflex

Work Environment and Workspace:

As a remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, we require:

• A dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
• Adequate space to set up your workstation
• Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
• Three power connections
• No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
• Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible

Preferred Skills:

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
• Minimum typing speed of 40-55 WPM
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
• Positive and professional demeanor to provide exceptional member experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with members and colleagues
• High school diploma required; college education preferred
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Apps and Devices to provide expert support
• Previous medical experience a plus to bring additional expertise to the role

Training:

To ensure your success as an Inbound Customer Service Representative, we offer:

• 100% attendance required for live remote training
• Comprehensive systems and program training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the role
• Full-time, Monday-Friday, dayshift training to ensure a smooth transition into the position

After-Training Schedule:

After completing your training, you will be scheduled to work:

• Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift
• Full and part-time hours available after training to accommodate your needs and preferences
