Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Following up on client cases, ensuring that our customers receive the support they deserve
- Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring that our customer data is up-to-date and secure
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace
- A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
- A USB headset and webcam
- At least one 15" or larger monitor
- Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity and typing skills (40 WPM with 80% accuracy)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
