Key Responsibilities
As a remote Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations
- Maintaining accurate records and data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
