Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data science organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and insights. You'll lead cross-functional teams, oversee projects, and ensure that assets are allocated effectively to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and insights, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and challenges

• Lead teams of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful project execution
• Oversee the allocation of assets to meet business objectives, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and technologies, applying them to drive business growth and insights
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to address business challenges and opportunities
• Develop and manage budgets to drive business growth and insights, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively

Work Liabilities

• Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and technologies, applying them to drive business growth and insights
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to address business challenges and opportunities
• Develop and manage budgets to drive business growth and insights, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively
• Create and implement programming programs, calculations, dashboards, data devices, and queries to clean, model, integrate, and assess datasets
• Stay informed about new scientific techniques and innovations, applying them to drive business growth and insights
• Collaborate with functional specialty units to drive business solutions and strategy
• Establish credibility with partners while managing expectations, ensuring regular, consistent, and successful communication with colleagues and partners through both formal and informal channels/instruments
• May develop a budget for practical region, overseeing financial plan to design, and may be responsible for region financial plan and conveying against business objectives/goals
• Keep up-to-date with industry-leading practices and carry them to the consideration of the initiative group for creative application, may foster associations (and associations) with inside and outer partners to address business issues
• Allocate available assets to meet working targets, create and tutor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities, and execution management processes; build and maintain employee resolve and inspiration; ensure the group is properly set up with required skills; cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment

Essential Capabilities

* Experience with analysis and statistical software like SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others to perform analysis and interpret data

• Profound knowledge of SQL
• Profound knowledge of open-source data science and analytics tools like Python, R, Flash, and others
• Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) within a grid organization to develop strategies that meet office objectives within budget and timelines
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
• At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team leadership
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline

• Experience communicating at the executive level
