Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our Facebook Business Account. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner via the brand's Facebook Business Account.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
