Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications
