Job Description

As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of our brand and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service
  • Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
  • Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional service to Card Members, exceeding their expectations and building brand loyalty

  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and personalized experience for customers
  • Utilize technology platforms effectively to provide assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
  • Adapt to an ever-changing environment, remaining resilient and flexible in the face of challenges
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our Card Members
  • Perform light to moderate lifting as required for certain job tasks

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers

  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
  • Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
  • Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer's experience
  • Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and remain resilient
