Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Sales associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers with a smile and providing a warm, welcoming experience
• Qualifying customer needs through active listening and empathetic understanding
• Recommending products that meet our customers' requirements, using your knowledge of our tools and products
• Closing sales with every customer in your department, while also developing relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Collaborating with colleagues in adjacent departments to provide comprehensive support and solutions
• Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
• Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to your Manager on Duty

Essential Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
