Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
• Processing product orders and responding promptly to customer requests
• Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
• Analyzing and processing customer return authorization and credits
• Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow
• Providing technical and product information to respond to customer inquiries
• Participating in special projects, such as social media customer service, warranty claims, and other initiatives

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
• Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace without distractions

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications)

• Experience working in a seasonal or temporary capacity
• Proficiency in multiple languages
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer service tools
