Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, navigating our customer service database, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with specific requests and inquiries
  • Capturing information and entering data into our computer system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Operating our customer service database and following relevant call-handling instructions
  • Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources
  • Following up on client calls with clerical duties and liaising with other departments
  • Providing personalized customer service at the highest level, dedicating your work time to delivering exceptional support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable Internet connection and attendance
  • Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Quick and correct typing, with the ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors
  • Positive attitude and a passion for learning
  • Goal-Oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous call center experience, customer service experience, utilities customer service experience, and medical office setting customer service experience are highly desirable.

Position Details

* Full-Time remote position

  • Interview process: Group interviews will be conducted virtually (Google Meets)
  • Starting Pay:

+ $15.00/hr for the first month + $16.00/hr after the first month + $17.00/hr after mastering Tier 3 + $18.00/hr after mastering Specialty and Dispatch

  • Training Details:

+ 3-week training program, including weekends + Remote training will be done online + Week 1: Monday through Friday + Week 2: Monday through Thursday + Saturday + Week 3: Monday through Thursday + Sunday

  • Work Schedule:

+ 40-hour week shifts, covering 6AM to 10PM + 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday + Weekends are mandatory
