Job Summary

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by our organization. Key Responsibilities

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by arenaflex
• Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues, meet common goals, and drive project success
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all documents filed
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and arenaflex policies
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
