Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in connecting clients with interpreters over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter
  • Handling high-volume calls with a pleasant and efficient demeanor
  • Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
  • Staying up-to-date with new software and technologies to ensure seamless communication

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
