Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Call Center / Customer Service Representative to work remotely with our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
  • Recording customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Addressing customer's inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
  • Performing data entry accurately
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
  • Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures
  • Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
  • Knowledge of process services and government health and human services agencies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Schedule and Availability

As a remote employee, you'll be required to work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. You must be available to work 7AM to 7 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
