Overview

We are a performance-driven growth agency helping tutoring businesses scale through

content systems, paid ads, funnels, and high-intent lead generation

. This is

not

a basic social media manager role. We are hiring a

Creative Content Systems & AI Strategy Manager

— someone who can independently

research, strategize, create, document, analyze, and optimize

content across multiple client accounts, while also turning our internal workflows into

clean visual systems and repeatable IP

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. AI-Powered Content Creation & Prompting

• Use

PoppyAI

, ChatGPT, and image-generation tools to:

• Generate short-form and long-form scripts
• Write hooks, captions, headlines, and ad copy
• Develop content angles and frameworks
• Structure and iterate prompts intentionally until output quality is high
• Maintain repeatable prompting workflows (not one-off prompts)

You must be able to explain *how* you prompt and refine AI output. --- ###

2. Multi-Client Social Media Management

• Manage content across

multiple client brands simultaneously

• Platforms include:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube (Shorts + long-form support)
• Facebook (as needed)
• Maintain:
• Clear brand voice separation
• Platform-specific strategies
• Organized content pipelines per client

This role requires

agency-level organization

3. Content Analysis & Virality Documentation

• Track content performance

per post and over time

• Use:

• Google Sheets
• Notion
• Platform analytics
• Identify:
• Winning hooks, formats, angles, and thumbnails
• Patterns that lead to virality and conversions
• Maintain a

documented system

so insights compound over time (intuition alone is not sufficient) --- ###

4. Independent Strategy & Client-Facing Ownership

• Research new clients or niches

without owner involvement

• Analyze:

• Competitors
• Market demand
• Proven content strategies
• Build content strategies from scratch
• Communicate strategy clearly in a

client-facing role

You must be comfortable operating independently and taking ownership. --- ###

5. Workflow & System Visualization (Critical)

• Build

clean, professional, presentation-ready boards

using:

• Miro
• Lucid
• Whimsical
• Document systems such as:
• Account setup
• Content workflows
• Ad launch processes
• Funnel and follow-up flows
• Boards must be usable for:
• Internal SOPs
• Team training

YouTube video overlays

Strong visual communication is mandatory. --- ###

6. Thumbnails, Banners & Creative Assets

• Create:

• YouTube thumbnails
• Short-form covers
• Image ads
• Use:
• Canva and/or Photoshop
• AI-generated imagery (or manual design — ideally both)
• Understand:
• Contrast
• Curiosity
• Text hierarchy
• Click-through psychology
• Mobile readability

Required Experience

You must have:

• Experience managing content for

brands or agencies

• Proven ability to manage

multiple client accounts at once

• Strong creative and visual judgment

• Hands-on experience with:
• AI prompting (PoppyAI preferred)
• Canva
• Notion
• Miro / Lucid / Whimsical
• Experience documenting systems and workflows
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Experience working in a

client-facing role
