Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling emergency signals and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response
  • Dispatching the proper authorities, such as police and fire departments, to address emergency situations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Familiarity with alarm monitoring systems and procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay of $17.49 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and salary increases
  • Shift differentials up to $4.00 per hour, depending on your schedule and availability

Schedule and Availability

As a member of our team, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
  • 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
  • Weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Overtime, as required

Ability to Commute/Relocate

To be considered for this position, you must live no longer than 45 minutes from Manasquan, New Jersey.
