Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Work from Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses

Schedule
* Flexible work schedule options available, with the majority of work hours during weekdays and daytime

Earnings & Revenue
* Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with opportunities for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics

- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
* Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
- Ability to work in a home office setting with minimal distractions
Contractual Relationship
* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship, with you remaining an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment
- arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex
- You will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind
