What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and provide solutions
- Researching and problem-solving to determine the best course of action for customers
- Operating with empathy, understanding, and kindness to customers and team members alike
- Collaborating with teammates and managers to contribute to a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity
- Adapting to change and prioritizing tasks to meet business needs
- Maintaining confidentiality and securing sensitive information
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
- Fluency in English
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating systems and the internet to search for information
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks to meet business needs
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
- A headset and webcam for virtual collaboration
