Essential Qualifications:

- Technical requirements include a Window PC or Laptop with Operating System 10 or 11, USB Port and Headset, Hard-Wired Internet Connection (No Wifi or VPN) with a minimum of 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, 12GB of Ram, Dual Monitors, and a webcam
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in remote or local customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1+ year of experience in a remote or local call center, with a strong understanding of call center operations and metrics
- Intermediate computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A quiet, professional environment for taking calls, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements
