Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing technicians with detailed notes regarding scheduled services to ensure seamless execution
- Scheduling in-home services and assisting with dispatching updates to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Processing payments, refunds, and low-level escalations with a high level of attention to detail
- Upselling specials and promotions to customers to drive revenue growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
