Job Summary

As an Online Automotive Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales success by providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone. You'll be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. Your primary objective will be to deliver a seamless and personalized experience that sets us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Management staff to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dealership experience.

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with varying hours between 8:30am and 7pm, depending on business needs.
  • Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, with regular attendance being an essential job function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales quotas.
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing percentages.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle sales and customer service principles.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.
