Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
- Managing a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their insurance, benefits, billing, and prescription-related inquiries
- Resolving complex issues, including technical challenges and time-sensitive situations, in a calm and composed manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

- Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
- High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment
- Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training class with a 100% attendance record
