Key Responsibilities

As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting complex accounting software issues, such as ledger entry, navigation, and reconciliation
• Assisting customers with questions related to accounting software processes and best practices
• Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
• Cross-selling relevant products and services to customers, while addressing their concerns and needs

Schedule and Availability

As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. Our available hours are between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. You'll need to be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to increase your hours as needed.

As a contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Residency: You must live and work from the United States, except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington
• Criminal background check: You'll need to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Contractual relationship: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship, with you remaining an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment

Job Type and Pay

This is a contract position, with a pay rate of $15.30 - $20.40 per hour. You'll need to be available to work Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options available.
