Job Summary

As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns related to Medicaid services, providing clear explanations and solutions to resolve problems efficiently
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and increase customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, leveraging expertise and resources to deliver seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software systems

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you will be required to work from a private residence in Nevada, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements. You will need to provide a reliable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps. arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to ensure your success in this role.

Physical Demands

This position requires constant sedentary work, with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. You must be able to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment, with minimal interruptions and a strong focus on productivity.
