About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk with customers about package deliveries, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure seamless package delivery.
  • Document package delivery flows into our tracking system, maintaining accurate records and attention to detail.
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle, providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, using your critical thinking skills to find solutions.
