Your Mission
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing solutions to customer queries via email and chat, focusing on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products
- Researching and explaining our services to ensure customers have a seamless experience
- Evaluating updates to our products and recommending possible improvements
- Collaborating with the Customer Care team to ensure exceptional customer support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase
- Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
Added Values
While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:
- Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments
- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian
