Experienced Healthcare Scheduler and Customer Service Representative – Outbound Call Center

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Scheduler and Customer Service Representative to join our outbound call center team. As a Healthcare Scheduler, you'll be responsible for scheduling in-home health assessments for our members, while providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a remote role, and we're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule in-home health assessments for our members via phone calls, using a combination of manual dialing and an auto dialer system

  • Make 150-250 outbound calls per day, with a goal of scheduling 2 visits per hour
  • Effectively communicate with members to encourage them to accept the visit and take advantage of a free benefit provider
  • Utilize various insurance portals to verify member eligibility and respond to emails and corrections in a timely manner
  • Maintain a QA score of 95% or higher and meet daily goals
  • Multitask through various systems, including Google Chrome, Google Maps, and Microsoft products
  • Communicate effectively with different departments via Webex and Outlook
  • Maintain attendance for the first 90 days of employment and meet productivity standards

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center, and scheduling
  • Strong customer service background and ability to handle high-volume calls
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Google Chrome and Google Maps
  • Ability to meet productivity standards and maintain a QA score of 95% or higher
  • Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual (not required but preferred)

  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare services and benefits
  • Experience with insurance portals and eligibility verification
