The Role

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer support through our live chat platform. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and providing them with a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding service

  • Meet or exceed set performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
  • Update and maintain customer information and interactions in our CRM system

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others to achieve goals
