Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making reservations: You'll make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing ongoing support: You'll provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Staying updated on travel trends: You'll stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services.
  • Meeting sales targets: You'll meet sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities.
