The Role: Live Chat Support Specialist

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience for our clients. You'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support to customers via live chat, email, and other digital channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to meet their needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Proactively addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
