As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. You'll be responsible for:- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
- Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Working with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless experience
- Data entry in various platforms to track customer interactions and resolve issues
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- No prior experience is required, but excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a third-party background check
- A Windows 10+ computer, USB headset, and Ethernet (hard-wired internet) are required for remote work
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with data entry and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
