Our most recent game, 007: Shadow Of Spectre, is a collaboration with the James Bond film franchise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, proactively solving any issues that may arise. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to email, chat, and social media inquiries using our customer support platform, Zendesk
  • Finding opportunities to turn enquiries into sales
  • Raising game issues with the Game team to be fixed
  • Following arenaflex's established processes and guidance to meet Customer Support objectives
  • Working remotely, using your own laptop and internet connection

Availability Requirements

We are looking for someone to work at least one weekend day per week, with the potential for an additional shift per week. Customer support shifts are 8 hours long.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrable customer support skills
  • A good head for problem-solving
  • A modern laptop and a good internet connection
  • Confidence and tact in communication
  • Adaptability and the ability to quickly assess and prioritise tasks
  • A willingness to learn and pick up new skills quickly
  • The ability to unblock yourself by reading documentation
