Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with confidence, courtesy, and professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Effectively communicating Terms and Conditions and the value of our products, ensuring customers understand their options and benefits.
- Assisting customers with filling out applications via telephone, answering questions, and verifying accuracy of information provided.
- Taking payments via telephone and providing payment assistance options when available.
- Submitting applications and relaying results to customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Understanding the need to escalate customer calls when appropriate, and taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including database management and quality control.
- Meeting quality and productivity goals, consistently delivering high levels of performance and excellence.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
