Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our corporate clients, managing travel requests, and ensuring seamless execution of travel arrangements. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, text/SMS, or online booking tool
• Receiving, initiating, and processing reservations for airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services
• Utilizing the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) to book and ticket travel arrangements
• Acting as a client advocate to ensure travel requirements are met and customer satisfaction exceeds expectations
• Responding to and monitoring emails
• Participating in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• At least four (4) years of corporate travel experience
• Knowledge of travel service activities
• Ability to work extended hours, including shifts
• At least three (3) years of experience with the Sabre reservation system
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• High school or equivalent education
• Three years of corporate travel experience (preferable)
