Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinical team. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team

  • Provide empathetic and professional support to individuals navigating the healthcare system
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with callers and resolve issues
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of calls and interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or related field

  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare technology
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
