Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with established methods and procedures. Gather, organize, visualize, and interpret data, transforming raw information into meaningful insights using data-driven software languages and visualization tools. Lead and collaborate with project teams and presentations to Initiative, driving business outcomes and promoting a culture of excellence. Improve internal performance metrics and provide insights on station performance regarding complaint resolution, ensuring a customer-centric approach.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in business, operations, or a related discipline. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a talent for data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
