About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team. As an IAM Developer, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You will work with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise will play a critical role in mitigating attack risks, securing cloud transformation, and promoting a culture of safety and reliability within our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
• Install, manage, and troubleshoot IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
• Implement SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
• Develop and implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Utilize WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
• Experience with trade deployment/release management
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area
• Or, 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with SailPoint implementation and integration
• Strong knowledge of IAM domain best practices and design principles
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and security protocols
