Job Overview

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and responding to inbound calls, placing outbound calls to existing clients, and providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to English inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve issues
  • Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients as required
  • Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and informative support to clients and customers

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Flexible availability to work varying hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
  • English language proficiency (required for this position)
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Goal-oriented with professional work ethics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)

Technical Requirements for Remote Work:

To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, you must have access to the following equipment and technology:

  • PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
  • USB-connected Headset
  • Webcam
  • A quiet dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children
