As an Online Chat Support Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer support, working closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide effective solutions, and maintain our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Expressing genuine empathy and concern for your customers' issues, addressing them as if they were your own
  • Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
  • Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
  • Keeping up with multiple chats at a time, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Accurately documenting all required information and chat details in the ticketing system
  • Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate time frame
  • Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them appropriately to management
  • Utilizing multiple systems to multi-task and efficiently manage your workload
  • Demonstrating flexibility and composure when switching between tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Requirements

To succeed as an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
  • Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a keen understanding of text and chat acronyms
  • Ability to work independently and utilize resources to resolve customer issues
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to our company's tone and style
  • Previous work-from-home experience is preferred, but not required
  • Understanding of contact center support metrics and the ability to implement actions for improvement
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a contact center or support environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of property management or real estate industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
