Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers
  • Understanding the customers' businesses and needs, and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex
  • Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and grow revenue
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth
  • Representing arenaflex at a senior level to merchants and stakeholders
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing customer success plans to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS or finance-related industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working with Enterprise and mid-market merchants
  • Knowledge of finance solutions and industry trends
  • Experience with product development and launch
  • Certification in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
