Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher to join our San Antonio office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing dispatch calls, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage dispatch calls efficiently, maximizing time and mileage to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Enter client information, payments, and confidential data accurately and securely
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth workflow and accurate records
- Collaborate with technicians and clients to resolve issues and provide updates
- Perform various tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and administrative duties

Essential Qualifications:
