Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from customers regarding our products and services, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their inquiries
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring seamless daily operations
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, particularly those with less than perfect credit
- Achieve high satisfaction ratings on customer surveys, reflecting positively on arenaflex's commitment to customer satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
Training and Development:
* Receive extensive paid training, up to 3 weeks in length, to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for success
- Engage in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career
- Participate in regular coaching and feedback sessions to ensure your continued growth and development
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.00-$18.90, with opportunities to increase take-home pay
- Top 75% of associates eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards
- Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
- Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
- Bilingual skills compensated in the form of a 10% differential
