About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions, and other travel experiences for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
  • Determine customers' needs and preferences, including schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Plan and arrange event packages, book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations
  • Utilize organization and budget management skills to optimize sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and expansion

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • USA and Mexico residents preferred
