Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling questions from clients via email, live chat, or other communication channels, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Performing various data entry tasks with a focus on precision, accuracy, and attention to detail, including:
+ Inputting data into internal databases + Transferring data from spreadsheets, documents, and other sources into digital formats + Maintaining data integrity and ensuring data quality
- Handling sales activities based on your skills and background, including:
+ Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information + Processing sales orders and managing customer relationships + Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong data entry skills, with the ability to type 35 words per minute or higher
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer operations, including email, internet platforms, and other software applications
- A stable internet connection and a dependable computer
